Role Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements and translate them into system requirements.
- Estimate work requirements for technology leads and project managers.
- Design and code efficient and complex programs.
- Write test cases and scenarios from specifications.
- Perform validation and support activities for technology solutions.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects and client delivery.
Qualifications and Knowledge
- Knowledge of software design principles and architecture fundamentals.
- Understanding of performance engineering, quality processes, and estimation techniques.
- Basic understanding of the project domain.
- Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements.
- Ability to design and code complex programs.
- Ability to write specification-based test cases and scenarios.
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Awareness of current technologies and trends.
