We are a fast-growing digital marketing company providing innovative marketing, lead generation, branding, advertising, event marketing, social media, content creation, website development, SEO, PPC, and digital transformation solutions to businesses across the UAE.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking highly driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Executives / Sales Executives who thrive in a target-driven environment and have a proven track record of acquiring new clients within the UAE market.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy meeting decision-makers, building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals.

Important Note

This is NOT an administrative, customer service, marketing, back-office, or remote position.

This is a field sales and business development role requiring active client acquisition, networking, prospecting, meetings, presentations, and closing business opportunities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across various industries within the UAE.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic business development activities.
  • Meet business owners, marketing managers, directors, and key decision-makers.
  • Present and promote the company's digital marketing solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a true sales hunter who:
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience within the UAE.
  • Has existing industry contacts and a strong professional network.
  • Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Is confident approaching new clients and generating business opportunities.
  • Is resilient, persistent, and capable of handling rejection positively.
  • Has strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and pleasant personality.
  • Is self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
  • Can perform effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Has excellent spoken and written English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Holds a valid UAE residency visa.
  • Possesses a valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
