  • We are looking for a relentless, highly consultative Business Development Executive who knows how to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting edge web solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Revenue: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the UAE corporate sector.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep dive discovery sessions to understand client objectives, ensuring we propose high impact, customisable web architectures.
  • Leverage Your Network: Utilise your existing database of UAE business contacts to secure high value introductory meetings.
  • Own the Pipeline: Manage the end to end sales cycle, from cold outreach and initial pitching to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with Delivery: Work closely with our technical and creative teams to ensure proposed solutions are both highly competitive and technically feasible.

What You Must Bring

  • Proven UAE Web Sales Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of direct B2B sales experience specifically selling web development, custom software, e commerce platforms, or enterprise digital solutions within the UAE market.
  • Local Presence & Network: Must be a current resident of the UAE with a valid UAE residency visa; active, warm network of local marketing directors, IT heads, and business owners.
  • High Level Consultative Skills: Exceptional listener and outstanding communicator with fluency in English.
  • Commercial Acumen & Tech Literacy: Target oriented mindset; technical literacy in modern web ecosystems; CRM discipline using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
