- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across the UAE
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach and business development activities
- Meet business owners, CEOs, marketing managers and key decision makers
- Conduct face to face client meetings and sales presentations
- Promote digital marketing, advertising, branding and lead generation solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Build long term relationships with clients
- Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry events across the UAE
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of UAE sales, business development or client acquisition experience
- Proven experience in Outdoor Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Sales or B2B Sales
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Fluent English communication skills
- UAE Driving Licence is highly preferred

Role Overview
- We are currently looking for ambitious Outdoor Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to join our growing team and drive new business acquisition across Dubai and the UAE.
- This is a Field Sales / Outdoor Sales role. Candidates must be comfortable conducting client meetings, networking, prospecting, presenting solutions and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
