- Generate new business opportunities across the UAE
- Prospect, qualify and acquire new SME and corporate clients
- Conduct face to face client meetings and sales presentations
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Understand client challenges and recommend suitable Growth Launch solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up until closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Represent Catalyst Media FZE professionally at networking events and business meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years UAE B2B sales experience with proven client acquisition record
- Proven experience selling digital marketing services, website development, SEO, social media marketing, branding, lead generation, or business consultancy
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and closing new business
- Strong experience conducting in person sales meetings
- Existing network of business contacts within the UAE
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self driven hunter mentality with ability to generate opportunities independently
- Ability to work under sales targets and performance KPIs
- Fluent English communication
- Must currently reside in the UAE and hold a valid UAE Residence Visa
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of acquiring new clients through face to face meetings, networking and consultative selling.
- This is NOT a marketing, administration, customer service or coordinator role. This is a pure client acquisition position for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy closing business and earning uncapped incentives.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4 years UAE B2B Sales Experience with a proven client acquisition record.
- Proven experience selling one or more of: Digital Marketing Services, Website Development, SEO Services, Social Media Marketing, Branding Solutions, Lead Generation Services, Business Consultancy Services.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and closing new business.
- Strong experience conducting in person sales meetings.
- Existing network of business contacts within the UAE.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Self driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate opportunities independently.
- Ability to work under sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English communication. Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
