We are currently looking for ambitious Outdoor Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to join our growing team and drive new business acquisition across Dubai and the UAE.
Important
This is a Field Sales / Outdoor Sales role.
Candidates must be comfortable conducting client meetings, networking, prospecting, presenting solutions and closing deals.
This is NOT a customer service, administration, marketing , telemarketing, back-office or remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across the UAE.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach and business development activities.
- Meet business owners, CEOs, marketing managers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and sales presentations.
- Promote digital marketing, advertising, branding and lead generation solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop strategic client acquisition plans.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry events across the UAE.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of UAE sales, business development or client acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in **Outdoor Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Sales or B2B Sales.**
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and business etiquette.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Must be a reisent of the UAE, with a valid UAE residency.
