Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop master plans, urban design proposals, and planning studies for a wide range of projects
- Conduct site analysis, land use studies, zoning reviews, and urban research
- Develop planning concepts that respond to environmental, social, economic, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate closely with architects, landscape architects, infrastructure, transportation, and engineering teams throughout project development
- Prepare high quality planning reports, presentation materials, diagrams, and illustrative graphics
- Ensure compliance with local planning regulations, municipality requirements, and international best practices
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations
- Assist in preparing project submissions for planning authorities and regulatory approvals
- Support the development of sustainable and resilient urban design strategies
- Stay updated on urban planning trends, smart city initiatives, and emerging planning technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
- 5–10 years of professional experience in urban planning and master planning
- Experience working on residential, mixed use, commercial, hospitality, or large scale master planned developments
- Strong understanding of urban planning principles, land use planning, and development regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and ArcGIS or QGIS
- Experience working within multidisciplinary consultancy environments is preferred
- GCC experience is an advantage

Qualifications
