- Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and progress reports
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, following up with internal teams as required
- Coordinate between architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper document control
- Assist in resource planning and workload coordination across project teams
- Support project managers in identifying potential risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and project status updates
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in project coordination or project management within an architectural, engineering, or multidisciplinary consultancy
- Strong understanding of the architectural design and project delivery process
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams is highly preferred
- GCC experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (preferred)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD and Revit is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Coordinator to support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural and multidisciplinary projects.
