- Lead and manage architectural and multidisciplinary projects from inception through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, urban planners, and specialist consultants throughout all project phases
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and overall project performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Organize and lead project meetings, design coordination meetings, and progress reviews
- Ensure design deliverables comply with project requirements, local authority regulations, and company quality standards
- Review project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Coordinate submissions and approvals with relevant authorities and stakeholders
- Prepare project reports, status updates, meeting minutes, and executive presentations
- Support contract administration and monitor project variations when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of project management experience within an architectural or engineering consultancy
- Proven experience managing hospitality, residential, commercial, mixed use, and master planned developments
- GCC experience is highly preferred
- PMP certification is an advantage

Job Summary
- NAGA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary architectural and engineering projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ideal candidate has strong leadership, technical coordination, and client management skills, with proven experience managing complex projects from concept through construction documentation and delivery.

Qualifications
