- Lead the Signage & Wayfinding department and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects
- Develop comprehensive wayfinding strategies and signage systems for complex developments
- Direct the design, planning, documentation, and implementation of signage and environmental graphic solutions
- Ensure consistency in design quality, technical standards, and project execution
- Manage project teams, mentor designers, and support their professional development
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, branding consultants, and project managers
- Lead client presentations, workshops, and design reviews
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and resource allocation
- Review technical drawings, material specifications, fabrication details, and installation documentation
- Support business development activities, proposals, and client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, international best practices, and local authority requirements
- Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in Signage & Wayfinding design, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience delivering large scale hospitality, healthcare, transportation, aviation, cultural, commercial, and mixed use projects
- GCC experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Summary

- The successful candidate will oversee the strategic direction, design quality, project delivery, and business growth of the discipline while managing multidisciplinary teams across a diverse portfolio.
