Job Summary

  • To ensure service efficiency within the branch as per branch standard; promote highest level of customer service and responsiveness; comply with Global Process Standards on Customer Data Confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Account Opening procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • Perform cash and clearing services.
  • Maintain close coordination with Operations staff.
  • Be conversant with AML/CDD guidelines, Compliance policies and business processes.
  • Ensure optimal customer service by efficient management.
  • Highlight security concerns to Branch Operation and Service Manager.
  • Detect suspicious transactions, Money Laundering, forgeries.
  • Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards.
  • Efficiently meet and greet customers.
  • Guide customers to digital service.
  • Intelligently access needs and problems of existing customers and guide them.
  • Meet transaction processing standards.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer Service background
  • Basic MS Office Skills
  • Understanding of AML & Banking regulations
  • Cash Management experience
