- Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development
- Generate new business to achieve defined targets in customers, volumes, and revenue
- Induct new customers brought in by Branches & Direct Sales team
- Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
- Update and maintain all Sales MIS
- Handle customer complaints and provide professional customer service
- Ensure KYC/AML updates and proper zero error documentation
- Detect suspicious transactions, money laundering, forgeries
- Obtain SCA license and complete CPD requirements
Requirements
- University Graduate
- Relevant experience in relationship management
- Experience in handling Banking Customer Services & Investment Products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of UAE business environment and HNI community
- Proficiency in Computers
- Anti Money laundering, Sanctions/Compliance Training

Job Summary
- You'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives.
- You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Creation of strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda.
- Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of the number of customers, volumes and revenue.
- Induction of all (NTB) new customers brought in by the Branches & Direct Sales team.
- Creation of sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
- Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.)
- Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling/ reduction of customer complaints.
- Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.
- Ensure KYC/AML updates, proper zero error documentation.
- Detect any suspicious transactions, Money laundering, forgeries etc.
- Obtain Security & Commodity Authority (SCA) license and timely completion of CPD requirements.
Qualifications
- University Graduate.
- Relevant experience in relationship management.
- Experience in handling all Banking Customer Services & Investment Products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
- Good understanding of the business environment in UAE preferably with direct contacts with the local HNI community.
- Proficiency in Computers.
- Adapting to multi cultural environment.
- Good knowledge of banking practises and regulations.
- Anti Money laundering, Sanctions/Compliance Training and Basic Banking Practice.
