Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows for complex business and operational processes
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity designs
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are practical and scalable
- Leverage AI powered design tools and emerging technologies to improve design quality and efficiency
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points
- Advocate for user centered design principles and best practices across the product development lifecycle
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or related field
- Proven experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and usability best practices
- Exposure to AI powered products, intelligent workflows, or data driven platforms is highly desirable

Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows for complex business and operational processes
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity designs for new features and enhancements
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and accurately implemented
- Leverage AI powered design tools and emerging technologies to improve design quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and drive continuous product improvement

Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Proven experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products

- Experience working on platform based products, workflow driven applications, or operational systems
