- Lead the overall IT Operations & Service Delivery strategy, aligning technology operations with business objectives
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, and cybersecurity operations
- Drive ITSM/ITIL best practices across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management
- Define and improve operational KPIs and SLAs to deliver exceptional end user support
- Lead and mentor Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery teams
- Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience
- Manage strategic technology vendors and outsourced service providers
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Operations and Service Delivery
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise technology teams
- Strong expertise across Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, and IT Service Management
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks (ITIL certification is highly desirable)
- Experience leading large scale IT operations in complex enterprise environments
- Strong commercial, financial, stakeholder, and vendor management skills
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and leading high performing teams

Position Overview
- We're looking for a Head of Operations & Service Delivery for a customer in Abu Dhabi.
- We're partnering with a leading organization to hire an experienced Head of Operations & Service Delivery to lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery.
- This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of critical IT services while driving operational excellence across Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall IT Operations & Service Delivery strategy, aligning technology operations with business objectives.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, and cybersecurity operations.
- Drive ITSM/ITIL best practices across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.

What We're Looking For
