Role Overview

  • A leading payment solutions company in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Partnership Manager – Merchant Partnerships & Loyalty for an 18 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, evaluate, and onboard new merchant partners across retail, dining, travel, e commerce, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Offer Design & Commercial Negotiation: Design, negotiate, and optimize merchant funded offers, cashback structures, and loyalty rewards.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, marketing, digital, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate cross functionally for end to end execution of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 5–8 years of experience in partnership management, merchant acquisition, or loyalty program management within banking, payments, or fintech.
  • Previous experience within banking, cards & payments, or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record in merchant partner acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • Open to candidates currently based in Doha, Qatar, or willing to relocate.
