A leading payment solutions company in Doha, Qatar seeks a Partnership Manager for an 18-month contract to drive merchant acquisition, offer design, and loyalty program management.

Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new merchant partners across retail, dining, travel, e commerce, and lifestyle sectors
- Design, negotiate, and optimize merchant funded offers, cashback structures, and loyalty rewards
- Collaborate with product, marketing, digital, risk, and compliance teams for seamless offer execution
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive offerings in Qatar and GCC
- Ensure end to end execution of partnership initiatives from offer design through campaign delivery and post campaign analysis
Requirements
- At least 5 8 years of experience in partnership management, merchant acquisition, or loyalty program management within banking, payments, or fintech
- Proven track record in merchant partner acquisition and relationship management
- Strong analytical capability to interpret performance data and translate into actionable strategies
- Open to candidates based in Doha, Qatar, or willing to relocate

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Offer Design & Commercial Negotiation: Design, negotiate, and optimize merchant funded offers, cashback structures, and loyalty rewards.
- Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, marketing, digital, risk, and compliance teams.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate cross functionally for end to end execution of partnership initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 5–8 years of experience in partnership management, merchant acquisition, or loyalty program management within banking, payments, or fintech.
- Previous experience within banking, cards & payments, or fintech industry.
- Proven track record in merchant partner acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong analytical capability.
- Open to candidates currently based in Doha, Qatar, or willing to relocate.
