Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
- Drive the successful delivery of technical workstreams, ensuring alignment with program milestones and objectives
- Support the onboarding and transition of a POC into a production environment
- Coordinate activities across technical teams, managing dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams, and Program stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Monitor team performance, sprint progress, and delivery metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Drive collaboration between technical and business stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle
- Support the onboarding of additional entities and ensure delivery teams remain focused on program outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within large scale technology or transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and delivery frameworks
- Experience leading and coordinating multiple technical teams or delivery pods
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects from proof of concept through to production deployment
- Ability to identify and remove delivery impediments while managing program risks and dependencies
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a major transformation program and support the delivery of a critical onboarding initiative in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a 12+ month contract requiring a hands on Scrum Master who can join quickly and work closely with technical and business stakehold
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Drive the successful delivery of technical workstreams, ensuring alignment with program milestones and objectives.
- Support the onboarding and transition of a POC into a production environment.

Required Experience

Preferred Experience
- Experience within government, public sector, or highly regulated environments.
- Exposure to cloud, integration, platform, or digital transformation programs.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting multi entity onboarding or enterprise wide transformation initiatives.
