- Manage and optimize paid search, display, programmatic, and social media campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Manage media planning, budgets, and coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Support go to market strategies for new and existing financial products
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign management
- Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or cards is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, paid social, media buying, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies
- Hands on experience with campaign optimization, audience segmentation, marketing analytics, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes
