- Prepare and process all types of visa applications including New Employment Visa, Visa Renewal, Visa Cancellation, Status Change, Entry Permit, and Residence Visa
- Handle all labour related transactions through relevant government portals
- Prepare and submit Tawteen reports and ensure compliance with Emiratisation requirements
- Process medical fitness appointments and typing for visa applications
- Prepare and process Emirates ID applications
- Type documents in Arabic and English accurately
- Coordinate with HR, PRO, and government departments to complete employee documentation
- Verify employee documents before submission to avoid delays or rejections
- Maintain accurate records of all visa and labour transactions
- Track application status and follow up until approvals are received
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Abu Dhabi government regulations
- Keep updated with changes in immigration, labour, and Tawteen procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Typist or PRO Assistant in Abu Dhabi
- Hands on experience with visa processing, labour transactions, Tawteen reporting, medical typing, and Emirates ID applications
- Experience using UAE government portals such as MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, and Emirates ID services
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi immigration and labour procedures
- Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking, and typing)
- Good command of English
- Excellent Arabic and English typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Typist to manage all government related typing and processing activities in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate must have hands on experience with UAE visa processing, labour transactions, Tawteen reports, medical typing, Emirates ID applications, and other government portals.
- The candidate should be fluent in English, Arabic and Hindi and possess excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi government procedures.
