Responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor, and plan execution of proper preservation techniques for equipment and materials in warehouse.
- Conduct regular inspections of stored items to monitor condition and recommend maintenance treatments.
- Identify and implement best preservation methods to enhance effectiveness of current practices.
- Carry out in process monitoring to ensure preservation technicians follow procedures.
- Provide guidance to warehouse staff on proper handling, packaging, and storage according to preservation strategy.
- Prepare and maintain detailed preservation reports and check sheet records.
- Ensure timely preservation of materials in line with manufacturer's recommendations and ADNOC policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical / instrumentation / corrosion engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in preservation methods, conservation techniques, and handling of valuable items within oil & gas industry.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines related to preservation and conservation practices.
- Familiarity with preservation materials, tools, and equipment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with warehouse staff and external experts.

Job Purpose
- Controls and coordinates professionally to support in supervising, monitoring, and planning for the execution of proper preservation techniques, conducting inspections, and implementing necessary repairs treatments of equipment and materials in warehouse to maintain its original integrity from recei
Key Accountabilities
- Provides operational excellence in the preparation, implementation, and completion of preservation strategies and storage methods to prevent damage, deterioration, corrosion, or decay of material/equipment stored or placed in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inspections of stored items to monitor their condition, identify potential issues, and recommend appropriate maintenance and conservation treatments.
- Identify and implement best and suitable preservation methods/practice to enhance the effectiveness of current methods used for preserving stored items through an adequate preservation plan and inspection schedule, and the application of specified preservation findings as recommended by the supplier
- Carry out in process monitoring and have control in the field to ensure the preservation technicians/operatives follow the procedure (in terms of chemicals used, percentage dilution & application method).
- Providing guidance to warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of items according to preservation strategy.
- Prepare and maintain the detailed preservation reports, check sheet records etc. as per procedure and requirements.
- Timely preservation of materials in line with manufacturer's recommendations, and as per the ADNOC policies and procedures for material preservation.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge & Skills
