Responsibilities
- Manage and administer cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP environments
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of cloud platforms
- Perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for cloud services
- Implement and maintain cloud governance, policies, and best practices
- Support infrastructure provisioning and deployments using IaC and CI/CD pipelines
- Work closely with application and development teams to design and implement cloud native architectures
- Optimize resource utilization and support cost management initiatives (FinOps practices)
- Assist in cloud migration activities, including workload assessment and transition to cloud native setups
- Provide support for backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and security standards (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS)
- Support capacity planning and performance optimization
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 4 years of job related experience
- Hands on experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure and/or GCP
- Knowledge of cost management and FinOps practices
- Good knowledge in cloud and on premises networking, DNS, and firewalls
- Working experience with CI/CD tools, automation, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Good knowledge in Google Cloud Platform
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience in creating SOPs, Run books and Level 1 handover documents
- Certification on Azure Cloud and Google Cloud (preferred)
