- Manage and administer cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP environments.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of cloud platforms.
- Perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for cloud services.
- Implement and maintain cloud governance, policies, and best practices.
- Support infrastructure provisioning and deployments using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with application and development teams to design and implement cloud native architectures.
- Optimize resource utilization and support cost management initiatives (FinOps practices).
- Assist in cloud migration activities, including workload assessment and transition to cloud native setups.
- Provide support for backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and security standards (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS & Internal policies).
- Support capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 4 years of job related experience
- Hands on experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure and/or GCP
- Knowledge of cost management and FinOps practices
- Good knowledge in cloud and on premises networking, DNS, and firewalls
- Working experience with CI/CD tools, automation, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Good knowledge in Google Cloud Platform
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience in creating SOPs, Run books and Level1 task handover documents
- Certification on Azure Cloud and Google Cloud (preferred)

About the Role
- We are looking for a TS System Engineer to support our Hybrid Cloud environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, and business continuity.
- This role primarily focuses on Cloud Administration and involves close collaboration with business and application teams to deliver technical support across a range of cloud services.
Your Duties
- Manage and administer cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP environments.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of cloud platforms.
- Perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for cloud services.
- Implement and maintain cloud governance, policies, and best practices.
- Support infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with application and development teams to design and implement cloud native architectures.
- Optimize resource utilization and support cost management initiatives (FinOps practices).
- Assist in cloud migration activities, including workload assessment and transition to cloud native setups.
- Provide support for backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and security standards (e.g., ISO, PCI DCSS & Internal policies).
- Support capacity planning and performance optimization to meet current and future business demands.
- Support platforms operating in large scale, 24/7 enterprise environments with a strong focus on stability and uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 4 years of job related experience.
- Hands on experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure and/or GCP.
- Knowledge of cost management and FinOps practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimization.
- Good knowledge in cloud and on premises networking, DNS, and firewalls.
- Working experience with CI/CD tools, automation, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Good knowledge in Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Experience in creating SOPs, Run books and Level1 task handover documents.
- Certification on Azure Cloud and Google Cloud (preferred).
