Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodologies across banking products and business units
- Manage Asset Liability Management (ALM) frameworks, ensuring effective interest rate and liquidity risk management
- Develop and optimize balance sheet management strategies to improve profitability and capital efficiency
- Establish and maintain funding curves, liquidity premiums, optionality pricing models, and behavioral assumptions
- Lead profitability attribution initiatives and redesign business performance measurement frameworks
- Provide strategic insights on Treasury, Global Markets, and banking product economics
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Business Units to align pricing and performance management methodologies
- Establish governance structures, policies, and accountability frameworks across Treasury and business functions
- Analyze liquidity, funding, and profitability metrics to support executive decision making
- Drive treasury transformation initiatives and continuous improvements in financial resource management practices
- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and governance committees
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Experience in Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodologies
- Experience in Asset Liability Management (ALM) frameworks
- Experience in balance sheet management strategies
- Knowledge of funding curves, liquidity premiums, optionality pricing models, and behavioral assumptions
- Ability to lead profitability attribution initiatives
- Experience in Treasury, Global Markets, and banking product economics
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Lead and enhance the Bank's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset Liability Management (ALM), liquidity management, and balance sheet optimization frameworks. Drive profitability attribution methodologies, treasury governance, and strategic financial resource management to support sustainable business
