Responsibilities
- Manage daily e commerce operations and support merchants with eCommerce payment related inquiries
- Support day to day operation of CyberSource and MPGS payment gateway platforms
- Troubleshoot payment gateway issues and coordinate resolution with merchants
- Coordinate with development teams on payment API integrations and enhancements
- Support testing activities and validate payment flows across web and mobile channels
- Review API responses, error codes, and transaction logs to identify and resolve integration issues
- Support implementation of tokenization, 3D Secure authentication, and recurring payment features
- Ensure compliance with payment security standards including PCI DSS
- Support fraud monitoring and risk management activities
Requirements
- Experience in e commerce operations, digital payments, or fintech environments
- Hands on experience with payment gateways such as CyberSource and MPGS
- Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle including authorization, capture, settlement, refund, reversal
- Experience troubleshooting payment transactions and integration issues
- Knowledge of APIs, payment flows, and online checkout processes
- Knowledge of coding in PHP, Java, and .NET

Job Summary
- An experienced E Commerce Specialist managing e commerce operations, support payment gateway integrations, and optimize online payment performance. This role focuses on operational support, troubleshooting, integration coordination, and the continuous improvement of payment solutions using CyberSour
Responsibilities
- E Commerce Operations: Manage daily e commerce operations; Support merchants, business teams with eCommerce payment related inquiries; Maintain operational workflows, and documentation; Provide timely updates during payment incidents and operational issues.
- Payment Gateway Operations (CyberSource & MPGS): Support the day to day operation of CyberSource and MPGS payment gateway platforms; Troubleshoot payment gateway issues and coordinate resolution merchants.
- Payment Integration Support: Coordinate with development teams on payment API integrations and enhancements; Support testing activities; Validate payment flows across web and mobile channels; Review API responses, error codes, and transaction logs to identify and resolve integration issues; Support
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with payment security standards, including PCI DSS requirements; Support fraud monitoring and risk management activities; Follow secure payment handling procedures and company policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with: E commerce teams; IT and development teams; Banks and payment service providers; Merchants; Business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in e commerce operations, digital payments, or fintech environments
- Hands on experience with payment gateways such as CyberSource and MPGS
- Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle, including: Authorization, Capture, Settlement, Refund, Reversal
- Experience troubleshooting payment transactions and integration issues
- Knowledge of APIs, Payment flows, and online checkout processes
- Knowledge of coding in PHP, Java and .net
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e commerce platforms and payment integrations
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and transaction logs
- Understanding of EMV 3DS, tokenization, fraud management tools, and payment security
- Experience working with banks, acquirers, and payment service providers
- Experience supporting high volume online commerce environments
