Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of FDI growth, co lending initiatives, and sector based financing solutions across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Turkey, and Syria
- Analyze investment opportunities and document business requirements
- Support credit framework enhancements and enable digitization of lending processes and platforms
- Serve as a bridge between business, risk, credit, operations, and technology teams to support implementation of new lending capabilities and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of banking experience
- Strong background in Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Lending, FDI, or Investment Banking
- Proven track record in business development, lending growth, and strategic partnerships
- Based in Qatar
- Deep understanding of lending products, credit processes, and corporate financing structures
- Strong knowledge of FDI ecosystems, investment promotion, and cross border financing
- Experience in co lending, syndicated financing, and sector focused solutions
- Strong understanding of credit policy, risk appetite frameworks, and portfolio management
- Experience leading lending transformation and loan platform modernization initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to engage senior executives, regulators, investors, and strategic partners
- Fluency in English & Arabic

Role Purpose
- Support the delivery of FDI growth, co lending initiatives, and sector based financing solutions across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Turkey, and Syria.
- The role focuses on analyzing investment opportunities, documenting business requirements, supporting credit framework enhancements, and enabling digitization of lending processes and platforms.
- The Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business, risk, credit, operations, and technology teams to support implementation of new lending capabilities and strategic growth initiatives.
Experience
- 7+ years of banking experience.
- Strong background in Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Lending, FDI, or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record in business development, lending growth, and strategic partnerships.
- Experience across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Turkey, and/or Syria markets preferred.
- Exposure to credit policy transformation, risk framework design, or lending platform initiatives.
- Based in Qatar.
