The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing **fleet coordination** and ensuring the efficient operation of transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the transport fleet.
- Ensure compliance with **CICPA** regulations and security protocols.
- Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and operations teams for efficient vehicle deployment.
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
- Handle documentation, permits, and approvals related to transport operations.
- Ensure adherence to **oil & gas industry** transportation standards and safety regulations.
- Address operational challenges, resolve issues, and optimize transport efficiency.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in a transport supervisory role within the **oil & gas sector**.
- **CICPA Knowledge:** Must be familiar with CICPA security regulations.
- **Fleet Management:** Proven experience in **fleet coordination** and logistics planning.
- **Communication:** Strong leadership and coordination skills.
