Job Summary

  • The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, training coordination, document control, and HR administration.
  • The role primarily focuses on recruiting white collar professionals for Oil & Gas projects, coordinating ADNOC and client requirements, managing employee documentation and passports, and ensuring smooth mobilization of personnel for onshore and offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for white collar positions in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate online and face to face interviews with clients.
  • Prepare interview schedules and communicate interview details to candidates.
  • Issue offer letters and coordinate pre employment requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
  • Mobilization & Onboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
  • Collect and verify employee documents prior to mobilization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR coordination experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in a manpower supply or Oil & Gas company is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of ADNOC procedures and client mobilization requirements is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law.

Required Skills

  • Experience coordinating ADNOC and third party training.
  • Employee mobilization and onboarding coordination.
  • Safe custody and management of employee passports.
  • Excellent document control and record management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

  • Recruitment for Engineering, HSE, Procurement, Administration, Finance, and Technical positions.
  • ADNOC project mobilization (Onshore and Offshore).
  • Coordination of employee medicals, training, visas, and onboarding.
  • Experience working with manpower supply companies serving ADNOC, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas clients.
  • Knowledge of offshore rotations, project mobilization, and client compliance requirements.
