About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage daily transport operations and ensure all deliveries are completed as per schedule
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for dispatch planning
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure smooth movement of vehicles
- Maintain vehicle documents including registration, insurance, permits, and compliance records
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and driver performance reports
- Verify trip sheets, delivery logs, and transport documentation
- Follow up on delivery delays and resolve transport related issues
- Schedule preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Ensure compliance with RTA/DM regulations and company safety standards
- Monitor proper loading/unloading practices and hygiene requirements
- Support driver onboarding, training, and daily operational briefings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in Transport / Fleet Management
- Experience in UAE transport operations preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle documentation, RTA compliance, and fleet regulations
- Experience with logistics software and MS Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good problem solving and organizational skills

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Transport Executive to manage and coordinate daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and fleet performance.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in transport/fleet management, route planning, driver coordination, vehicle documentation, and logistics operations.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage / FMCG industry will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
