- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software

Role Overview
- We are looking for a proactive, customer focused, and organized Retail & eCommerce Associate to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing daily retail operations, handling billing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fulfilling online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales: Welcome and assist customers, understand needs, recommend products, resolve inquiries.
- Billing & Store Operations: Process sales transactions using POS, prepare invoices, handle cash and digital payments.
- eCommerce Order Fulfillment: Process online orders, pick, pack, invoice, prepare for dispatch, handle returns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, receive and inspect stock, conduct regular counts, coordinate replenishment.
- General Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, assist with promotions, work with team for smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional retail or business qualifications are an advantage).
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or store operations.
- Experience with POS systems, billing, and invoicing.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Familiarity with eCommerce order processing and fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
