- Coordinate daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage customer orders from receiving to delivery, ensuring timely processing
- Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Handle import & export documentation and follow up on shipment related activities
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, invoices, and operational documents
- Support finance related tasks including maintaining financial records, expense tracking, and documentation
- Prepare reports and update management regarding branch activities
- Ensure proper coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments
- Follow up on pending payments, invoices, and customer related documentation
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Branch Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics and import & export procedures
- Experience in handling customer orders and coordination
- Basic finance/accounting knowledge with experience managing financial records
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Experience in the food trading/frozen food industry is an advantage
