About the Role
Finance Transformation Manager role in the CFO’s office, focused on finance transformation and process excellence.
The position combines finance, technology, and process improvement to drive ERP transformation, automation, and digitalisation across Accounts and Finance.
The role works directly with the CFO and senior leadership to standardise processes, implement systems, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP and allied ERP implementation and enhancement projects from requirements definition through design, testing, rollout, and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Drive finance transformation and digitalisation, identifying automation opportunities and deploying tools that improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Optimise accounting, reporting, P2P, O2C, and R2R processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Create SOPs, process documentation, and control frameworks and strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership, collaborate with IT and business teams, and track KPIs and benefits realisation.
