A senior Aviation Fuel Operations leader will own the end-to-end Jet A-1 supply chain across UAE and overseas activities.
The role combines operational, technical, commercial, and joint-venture governance responsibilities.
The Role
- Set operational policy and technical standards across ship supply, terminals, airport storage, hydrant systems, bowsers, and into-plane services.
- Own Jet A-1 quality assurance across the full aviation-fuel chain.
- Lead aviation-facility projects from design through commissioning.
- Represent the business on joint-venture management committees.
- Govern aviation-refuelling liability insurance and related contractual risk.
- Support tenders, agreements, and stakeholder governance activities.
What We Are Looking For
- An engineering degree plus at least 6 years of specific Jet Fuel industry experience.
- At least 10 years of total experience, with 15 years or more ideal.
- At least 2 years as an Operations Manager in a reputable aviation-fuel operation, ideally multi-site.
- At least 3 years of aviation-facility construction, maintenance, or project-management exposure.
- Direct Jet A-1 quality-control and quality-assurance ownership.
- Strong working knowledge of JIG, EI, AFQRJOS, and IATA standards.
- Experience supporting tenders, agreements, and joint-venture or stakeholder governance.
- Awareness of aviation-fuelling liability and contractual risk.
