- Maintain portfolio plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting
- Consolidate workstream updates into a single portfolio view
- Ensure transformation data is accurate, consistent and up to date
- Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate activities across transformation workstreams
- Support programme delivery by monitoring progress against agreed plans
- Collaborate with business, project and functional teams to ensure alignment
- Prepare governance packs, executive reports and programme updates
- Document key decisions, actions and meeting outcomes
- Track governance actions and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate reporting and communications across stakeholders
- Support leadership with clear reporting and executive summaries
Requirements
- Programme and portfolio coordination experience
- Governance reporting and executive communications skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Risk, issue and dependency management experience
- Transformation or organisational change initiatives experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Planner, Azure DevOps or equivalent
- Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills
