About the Role
Edari is seeking a Business Process Management Lead to drive process governance, optimization, and continuous improvement for a client in Dubai. The role requires expertise in SAP Signavio, BPM governance, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain enterprise wide Business Process Management (BPM) standards, policies, and governance frameworks
- Lead business process architecture and maintain the organization’s process repository, ensuring process documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Act as the SAP Signavio Super User, managing process taxonomy, governance, modelling standards, and platform administration
- Manage business process change requests, ensuring all updates are documented, reviewed, approved, and implemented in line with governance standards
- Develop and execute the organization’s BPM adoption roadmap, driving process excellence initiatives and increasing business adoption
- Deliver BPM and SAP Signavio training and awareness sessions to improve process management capabilities across the business
- Define and implement operational risk documentation standards for critical business processes
- Partner with business units and stakeholders to improve process maturity, promote BPM best practices, and monitor process performance
- Identify capability gaps and lead initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Conduct BPM impact assessments for transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Define and manage the BPM service portfolio, including governance, training, process audits, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop process performance metrics and dashboards to measure process effectiveness and support decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or related discipline
- BPMN Certification is required
- SAP Signavio Certification or equivalent is preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in business process management, process modelling, process improvement, and BPM governance
- Hands on experience with SAP Signavio or similar Business Process Management platforms
- Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, process architecture, process repositories, and governance frameworks
- Experience managing enterprise process documentation, process taxonomy, and change management
- Proven ability to lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience developing BPM standards, policies, training materials, and adoption roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work across business and technical teams
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively
