- Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise wide compliance frameworks, policies, and SOPs
- Lead compliance audits, respond to findings, and oversee corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to ISO and other regulatory standards
- Manage change requests, assess impact, and oversee end to end implementation in collaboration with IT
- Drive digital excellence and automation initiatives, including RPA and process mining
- Lead performance management and continuous improvement programs
- Update and maintain policies to align with evolving business and regulatory requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure risk mitigation and compliance integration
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to senior leadership
- Promote a culture of compliance that is pragmatic, solutions oriented, and business friendly
- Mentor a lean, high performing team while being hands on when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s preferred
- 12+ years of experience in business excellence, compliance, risk management, or audit
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in highly regulated sectors such as finance, banking, real estate, or insurance
- Strong technical grasp of compliance frameworks (ISO, governance, risk & control, policy management)
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and communicate effectively
- Collaborative, hands on leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery

- This is a pivotal position responsible for shaping and leading the organisation’s compliance and business excellence agenda.
Key Responsibilities

About You
