About the Role

Responsibilities
- Independently manage the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accurate processing and validation
- Review and validate payroll transactions including new joiners, leavers, salary revisions, etc.
- Validate payroll costing results and ensure accurate transfer to finance subledger
- Process, audit, and reconcile employee benefits and end of service benefits
- Manage administration of medical insurance and life insurance benefits
- Ensure payroll data integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
- Support payroll reporting, reconciliation, and respond to payroll related queries
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of payroll experience
- At least 5 years of UAE payroll experience in a similar role
- Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll is mandatory
- Strong understanding of UAE payroll legislation and compensation & benefits
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of English language

Role Overview
- We are looking to hire an HR Specialist Payroll for a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months, renewable.
- The role sits within the Human Capital Department and reports to the Human Capital Manager.
- The specialist will manage end to end payroll operations, employee benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the monthly payroll cycle.
- Review and validate payroll transactions.
- Validate payroll costing results and ensure accurate transfer to finance subledger.
- Process, audit, and reconcile employee benefits and end of service benefits.
- Manage administration of medical insurance and life insurance benefits.
- Ensure payroll data integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Support payroll reporting, reconciliation, and respond to queries.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of payroll experience, with at least 5 years of UAE payroll experience.
- Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of UAE payroll legislation, compensation & benefits, and end of service benefit calculations.
- Experience in Free Zone, Real Estate, Aviation, Telecommunications, Entertainment, or Retail industries preferred.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent command of English language.

- Preference given to candidates available immediately.
- Must be able to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
