Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a structured library of standard templates, trackers, and presentation materials used across the Transformation Office.
- Establish and manage central repositories for decks, trackers, and documents, ensuring consistency, version control, and ease of access.
- Support initiative leads by translating complex information into clear, visually compelling, and decision-focused presentation outputs.
- Ensure all transformation materials follow agreed visual, structural, and messaging standards across workstreams and reports.
- Continuously improve content quality and presentation effectiveness by applying strong design principles and executive communication best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience creating executive presentations and managing content for strategy, PMO, or transformation functions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint, including layout design, visual storytelling, and executive-level information simplification.
- Proven ability to structure, organize, and govern document repositories, templates, and knowledge assets in complex environments.
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly under tight deadlines and multiple concurrent requests.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders and initiative teams.
- This role requires expertise in executive storytelling and/or the use of AI tools to enable faster turnaround time for reports, presentations, and communication materials.
