Hes Training Manager

Purpose-

Responsibility-

• Regional training strategy: Develop annual/quarterly/monthly training plans, course frameworks and SOPs covering product knowledge, sales scripts, service procedures, experience operations and brand messaging.
• Training outcome ownership: Be accountable for training completion rates, assessment results and behavior change for all store team members; report results regularly and drive improvements.
• Improve low-performing promoters: Analyze sales data and on-floor behavior to diagnose issues (knowledge, skills, mindset, motivation), design and execute personalized improvement plans, and track conversion results.
• High-quality course development: Design immersive, scenario-based and tiered training (online microlearning, hands-on sessions, role-plays, case reviews); produce bilingual materials and evaluation tools tailored to UAE’s diverse consumer base.
• Consumer education: Plan and execute consumer-facing product workshops, themed events and usage training to boost store conversion and repeat purchase, and strengthen local brand awareness and loyalty.
• Field trainer management: Recruit, develop and manage field trainers; set trainer assessment standards; coach and supervise training delivery and in-store support.
• Data-driven feedback loop: Build training KPIs (participation rate, knowledge scores, sales uplift, customer satisfaction, etc.), perform regular effect analysis and report to regional leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Budget and resources: Prepare training budgets, allocate training resources, tools and materials, control costs and optimize ROI.
• Compliance and cultural adaptation: Ensure training content and delivery comply with UAE laws, labor rules and cultural norms (including gender considerations and holiday observance), and respect local religious and cultural sensitivities.

Skills-

• Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; 3–6 years’ retail, electronics, or multi-store training/operations/sales management experience; UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
• Must possess practical training and classroom delivery skills; strong at in-class coaching, on-floor mentoring, role-play facilitation and one-on-one coaching; experience developing blended learning programs (online/offline).
• Familiar with training design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, adult learning principles); strong data analysis and diagnosis skills; excellent presentation and cross-cultural communication; proficiency in PPT, basic video editing or LMS is a plus.
