Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee the full lifecycle of crude oil and petroleum products trading operations, including negotiation, administration, and execution of international trade contracts and documentation.
- Conduct business negotiations and maintain professional correspondence with counterparties and stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain logistics to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate trade capture, reconciliation, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with traders, shipping companies, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient execution of transactions.
- Oversee preparation and verification of all cargo and financial documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, customs declarations, letters of credit, insurance certificates.
- Monitor market developments, operational risks, and potential bottlenecks that may impact trade execution.
- Maintain and develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Perform trade reconciliations between internal systems and external counterparties.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational discrepancies and risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies.
- Support continuous improvement of trade operations processes and procedures.

- We are looking for a Russian and French speaking Trade Operation Specialist for our client who will be responsible for the execution and monitoring of the full trade lifecycle for crude oil and refined petroleum products.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee the full lifecycle of crude oil and petroleum products trading operations, including the negotiation, administration, and execution of international trade contracts and all related documentation.
- Conduct business negotiations and maintain professional correspondence with counterparties and stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain logistics to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, accountability, and accuracy in data processing.
- Sound knowledge of international trade regulations, foreign trade activities (Import/Export), logistics processes, and Incoterms.
