Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with strategic insights
- Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis and recommend performance improvements
- Develop advanced financial models for investment portfolios, real estate assets, trading operations, and financial market activities
- Analyze portfolio performance, valuations, risk exposure, and scenario planning
- Monitor investments across commodities, equities, funds, and fixed income instruments
- Support investment planning, portfolio allocation, and trading performance optimization
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of finance operations while maintaining compliance
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business expansion, and investment decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA highly preferred
- Strong experience in FP&A, financial modelling, investment analysis, and strategic finance
- Exposure to investment portfolios, financial markets, trading, or real estate highly desirable
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
