Overview

  • Our client is a B2B industrial and Electrical marketplace that brings everything under one roof and makes procurement simpler.
  • We are looking for a Key Account Manager Building Materials Sales for our client in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation & Account Growth: Own and deliver sales targets, build pipeline, convert enquiries, cross sell, negotiate.
  • Key Account Development: Take ownership of key accounts, build account plans, develop multi level relationships, conduct business reviews.
  • Field Sales Execution: Execute structured weekly call plan, spend majority of time in field, identify buying triggers, re engage dormant accounts.
  • Customer Management & Coordination: Serve as primary commercial contact, resolve complaints, coordinate with supply chain, monitor orders.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Management: Submit visit reports, provide weekly forecasts, track performance against targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 8+ years of field sales or key account management experience in UAE building materials sector.
  • Strong hands on selling experience in two or more of: Sanitary, Tools, Adhesives & Sealants, or Pumps.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Established network of UAE traders, contractors, project buyers is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.
