About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across Sanitary, Tools, Adhesives & Sealants, and Pumps
- Build and manage a live sales pipeline across existing accounts and new prospects
- Convert product enquiries and quotations into confirmed purchase orders
- Cross sell and upsell across categories within the same customer account
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and commercial agreements
- Take ownership of assigned key accounts and build structured account plans
- Develop multi level relationships within customer organizations
- Conduct regular business reviews with top customers
- Execute a structured weekly call plan covering key accounts and project opportunities
- Re engage dormant accounts and revive underperforming relationships
- Resolve complaints, delivery issues, pricing concerns, and product related objections
- Submit daily or weekly visit reports and pipeline updates through CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 5 8+ years of field sales or key account management experience in UAE building materials, trading, or product distribution sector
- Strong hands on selling experience in two or more of: Sanitary, Tools, Adhesives & Sealants, or Pumps
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Established network of UAE traders, contractors, project buyers, or distribution customers is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is a must

Overview
- Our client is a B2B industrial and Electrical marketplace that brings everything under one roof and makes procurement simpler.
- We are looking for a Key Account Manager Building Materials Sales for our client in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Account Growth: Own and deliver sales targets, build pipeline, convert enquiries, cross sell, negotiate.
- Key Account Development: Take ownership of key accounts, build account plans, develop multi level relationships, conduct business reviews.
- Field Sales Execution: Execute structured weekly call plan, spend majority of time in field, identify buying triggers, re engage dormant accounts.
- Customer Management & Coordination: Serve as primary commercial contact, resolve complaints, coordinate with supply chain, monitor orders.
- Sales Reporting & Performance Management: Submit visit reports, provide weekly forecasts, track performance against targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 8+ years of field sales or key account management experience in UAE building materials sector.
- Strong hands on selling experience in two or more of: Sanitary, Tools, Adhesives & Sealants, or Pumps.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
