Responsibilities
- Directly manage and grow profit centers across the UAE, including Digital MFP and Production Printing businesses, BSD Business, and IT peripherals
- Drive full P&L accountability for each unit, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved
- Identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
- Develop and launch new revenue streams aligned with technological advancements and customer needs
- Oversee pre tender qualification, bid strategies, and documentation for mega government and quasi government tenders
- Lead major account management efforts, ensuring long term partnerships and contract renewals
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with principal vendors
- Provide strategic direction to sales and marketing teams across all business units
- Collaborate with MD and Group Finance on annual budget preparation and forecasting
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of business unit heads
Requirements
- 8 10 years of progressive experience in commercial roles, with at least 5 years in managerial responsibility on a district/country level in UAE, KSA, or Qatar
- Degree in Business Management, preferably with an IT Engineering background
- Proven track record in managing enterprise businesses in digital MFPs, production printing, and business solutions across multiple geographies
- Extensive experience in securing large scale government and enterprise tenders
- Demonstrated strength in sales, marketing, vendor management, and operations
- Strong leadership skills with a dynamic yet mature personality
- Results driven, with a focus on both revenue growth and operational profitability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Job Summary
- A prominent UAE based business group is looking for a result driven Sales Manager to lead their trading division.
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the organization's business across various product portfolios within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and grow various profit centers across the UAE, including Digital MFP and Production Printing businesses, BSD Business, and IT peripherals.
- Drive full P&L accountability for each unit, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
- Implement business development strategies aligned with market demand and Group priorities.

- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and solution diversification to expand market share.

Key Skills & Qualifications
