- Plan and manage trade activations, POS communication, and in store execution
- Monitor merchandising standards and execution quality across customer segments
- Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to optimize trade plans
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders
- Manage trade marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within FMCG or a related industry
- At least 2–3 years of dedicated Trade Marketing experience
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong exposure to multiple sales channels and retail dynamics
- Corporate company background preferred, with a 'plug & play' mindset
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
- Proven ability to transform commercial objectives into effective trade activation plans

Role Overview
- We are currently looking for a highly capable Trade Marketing Manager for a well established and globally operating FMCG company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- This role will report directly to the General Manager and will play a key role in driving trade marketing excellence, retail execution, and commercial growth across channels.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within FMCG or a related industry, at least 2–3 years of dedicated Trade Marketing experience
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong exposure to multiple sales channels and retail dynamics
- Corporate company background preferred, with a 'plug & play' mindset and ability to bring immediate know how into the role
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
- Proven ability to transform commercial objectives into effective trade activation plans
- Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
