- Lead new product development processes by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Manage marketing budgets effectively while ensuring maximum return on investment
- Monitor brand P&L performance and identify actions to improve profitability
- Define pricing strategies for international markets based on profitability targets and competitive dynamics
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret brand performance reports, translating insights into actionable business plans
- Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Build strong relationships with international distributors, conduct business reviews, and identify market needs
- Develop and oversee media strategies, ensuring campaigns are optimized and deliver expected results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience
- At least 5 years within the FMCG industry
- Proven experience in brand/marketing management for Saudi market
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and commercial acumen
- Experience managing brand budgets and P&L
- Hands on experience with new product development, pricing strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our client's international marketing team.
