About the Role
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate for a leading retail client in Dubai. The role involves managing online retail operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and coordinating with digital marketing agencies.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end online retail operations including inventory, order fulfillment, warehouse support, digital marketing coordination, and website/brand promotional processes
- Monitor daily stock levels and update ERP/CRM systems accurately
- Oversee the entire order lifecycle from receipt through shipment
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure smooth packing and dispatch operations
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies on campaign setup, execution and performance reporting
- Track sales, returns and customer satisfaction metrics; propose process optimizations
- Prepare and present operations reports to management regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field
- Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM platforms
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and agency workflows
- Residency in Dubai/UAE

Role Overview
