We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our leading retail client's Dubai office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM platforms
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and agency workflows
- Recidency in Dubai/UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end online retail operations; managing inventory, order fulfillment, warehouse support, digital marketing coordination and website/brand promotional processes.
- Monitor daily stock levels and update ERP/CRM systems accurately
- Oversee the entire order lifecycle from receipt through shipment
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure smooth packing and dispatch operations
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies on campaign setup, execution and performance reporting
- Track sales, returns and customer satisfaction metrics; propose process optimizations
- Prepare and present operations reports to management regularly
