General Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- An effective team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and coordinate paperwork.
- Must live in Dubai.
- Job activities and responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk
- Support office work and handle reception
- Organize and/or support travel arrangements (flight reservations, accommodation, and transportation).
- Collaborate with Human Resources department and administrative teams to support employee needs
