We are looking for a "R

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • An effective team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and coordinate paperwork.
  • Must live in Dubai.
  • Job activities and responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk
  • Support office work and handle reception
  • Organize and/or support travel arrangements (flight reservations, accommodation, and transportation).
  • Collaborate with Human Resources department and administrative teams to support employee needs
