About the Role

- Prepare and execute a trade plan for Shiseido Free Standing Stores
- Provide design and execute FSS animation tables as per focus plan
- Analyze trade animation performances in terms of ROI and sell out results
- Manage POSM (samples/GWPs/testers) of the brand: forecasting, availability, and budget tracking
- A&P budget ownership on POSM, selling contribution, and temporary VM lines
- Planogram development and execution in collaboration with Visual Merch team
- Ensure regional planograms are communicated and implemented correctly
- Prepare and share a monthly newsletter with initiatives
- Monitor and track competitors' trade activities and share best practices
Requirements
- Experience of at least 3/4 years in marketing / trade marketing roles within luxury/cosmetics industry
- Extremely high degree of attention to detail and organization
- Knowledge of the Middle East market and the consumer of this region is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
- Dynamic, positive thinking, strong analytical skills
- Team worker, passionate and driven personality with excellent communication
- Ability to multitask, work at pace and with ambiguity
- Proficient communication in English. Arabic is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- University degree

Main Responsibilities
- Build and execute the regional trade and e trade plans for the Shiseido brand: Aligning with all markets on the Shiseido Regional trade plans, liaising with suppliers and malls / retailers / distributors while securing permits and space bookings. Coordinate with the suppliers and EMEA team on the cr
- Coordinate with the commercial team and training team to guarantee the success of the activations setting the targets and monitoring the results proactively, identifying if needed action plans
- Manage temporary merchandizing: + handling lightbox visuals updates regionally & videos update across FSS & regional key retailers
- Prepare and execute a trade plan for the Shiseido Free Standing Stores, including monthly traffic driving activities in collaboration and coordination with Majid Al Futtaim, our local partner for FSS, and other internal teams (PR, Commercial, Training etc)
- Provide a design and execute (with the help of the supplier) the FSS animation tables as per the agreed focus plan. Make sure that all stakeholders (supplier, MAF & marketing team) are informed ahead of time
- Analyze trade animation performances in terms of ROI and sell out results and evaluate accordingly
- Manage the POSM (samples/GWPs/testers) of the brand: forecasting the right POSM as per the budget ,ensuring its availability on time for all the markets and tracking its spending vs. the budget at a monthly basis
- A&P budget ownership on POSM, Selling contribution (trade rental related), and temporary VM (trade production) lines
- Planogram development and execution (3 axis) in collaboration with the Visual Merch team
- Ensure regional planograms are communicated and implemented correctly by liaising with the VM team, distributors, commercial team and retailers
- Prepare and share a monthly newsletter with all initiatives taking place in the following months and support the marketing team with ppt presentations for retailers, internal meetings, budget meetings and international stakeholders
- Share available assets and guidelines with key stakeholders like retailers/distributors/suppliers for new product launches and trade activations to ensure consistency and guidelines respect of the brand image.
Profile
- Experience of at least 3/ 4 years in marketing / trade marketing roles within luxury/cosmetics industry.
- Extremely high degree of attention to detail and organization
- Knowledge of the Middle East market and the consumer of this region is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, making things happen
