Main Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of Pure Players marketing strategy.
  • Own end to end online activation calendar.
  • Drive best in class visibility across all retailer touchpoints.
  • Negotiate and secure high impact exposure packages with retailers.
  • Lead execution of online exclusivities, pre launches, and hero SKU amplification.
  • Ensure strong alignment between brand storytelling and retailer execution.
  • Continuously identify innovative activation opportunities.
  • Define and lead retailer media strategy and investments.
  • Manage and optimize e retail media campaigns.
  • Set clear KPIs for media performance.
  • Collaborate with retailers on data sharing and reporting.
  • Own digital shelf excellence across Pure Players.

Launches & Exclusivities

  • Act as key driver to secure priority launches and exclusivity moments.
  • Partner closely with brands to define 360° launch strategies.
  • Ensure seamless execution of launches across content readiness, stock availability, media support, retailer visibility, and activation mechanics.

Commercial Management & Trade Planning

  • Support business growth through strong commercial fundamentals.
  • Develop forecasts and manage orders in collaboration with supply chain and retailers.
  • Manage promotional plans, trade investments, and rebate budgets.
  • Monitor sell in performance and ensure strong execution of commercial agreements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned Pure Players across marketing, media, and commercial topics.
  • Build strong relationships with retailer teams.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with brand, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Act as voice of Pure Players internally.

Data & Insights

  • Track and analyze key sell out and marketing KPIs.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Leverage retailer data and market insights to refine strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data driven decision making.

Profile & Skills

  • 5/6 years in ecommerce, e retail, digital marketing, or e key account roles, ideally within beauty or luxury.
  • Strong experience in Pure Players / e retailers with focus on marketing and activation.
  • Proven track record in driving sell out through media, visibility, and activation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of retailer media ecosystems, onsite visibility levers, and ecommerce activations.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns, content strategy, and online merchandising.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Good understanding of commercial levers (forecasting, budgeting, trade planning).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Creative and strategic mindset.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Proactive, solution oriented, and results driven.
  • English required, Arabic appreciated.
