- Support the Shiseido Marketing Manager with the Marketing & Digital functions of the brand in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Support in executing the Marketing calendar with focus on 360 launch plans of key bets and ‘Always On’ visibility of lines
- Support the Marketing Manager in managing Marketing A&P budget, ensuring marketing spends are in line with the brand strategy and allocated budget, with focus on ROI
- Support with Forecasting, Pricing, business performance reporting and analysis
- In charge of implementing Marketing Plans and strategic priorities by channel for the Middle East
- Drive key bet launch plans in close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring timely on counter dates and 360 launch across all touchpoints
- Coordinate development and execution of strategic, tailor made retailers plans driven by consumer centricity
- Responsible to keep the master assortment updated and to keep all the stakeholders on the same page
- Manage Marketing A&P budget
- Support with novelty forecasts
Requirements
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG or any related field
- Successful track record of managing and executing 360° marketing plans
- Dynamic, positive thinking, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and great presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (high expertise in both excel and PowerPoint is required)
- Proficient communication in English

By Function

- Analyze and review category and subline weight of business on a monthly basis
- Creates monthly report on Brand Retail performance by country/channel/category
- Analyses brand’s pillar franchises/SKUs on a monthly basis
- Monitors market trends and identifies opportunities
- Responsible for monthly reports, launch decks and post campaign reports
Profile
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG or any related field
- Successful track record of managing and executing 360° marketing plans
- Dynamic, positive thinking, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and great presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (high expertise in both excel and PowerPoint is required)
- Proficient communication in English
